Though a bit pricier than the average netbook, this laptop has many advantages you might be interested in.

Aside from the obvious 15.6" screen, it features a full sized keyboard with number pad, dual core processor, 750GB hard drive, 6GB of RAM, optical drive and a few USB ports. The older i3 processor is still a step up from the Atom models and you'll be hard pressed to find a netbook with this large of a hard drive and amount of RAM. The laptop weighs just over 5 pounds and the battery life is clocked at up to 4.5 hours but we'd still recommend it to commuters.
