Bloomex Canada currently has a promo on flowers. Use coupon code XMASVIP and get $10 off your purchase of flowers. No minimum purchase is required but I have no idea what their most inexpensive flowers are. Checkout the website and let us know what the best deals you can get are. Maybe a bargain will come out of this?
