70) Instant Win Prizes (one (1) winning Game Play per day)/Prize Odds: Winning gift sender and the respective winning gift recipient will each receive one (1) year of Godiva product awarded as twelve (12) monthly shipments of chocolate (exact products will be determined by Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $375. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible Game Plays received for the applicable day and corresponding time of Game Play. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being provided. Prizes are awarded "as-is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $26,250.
You may win an instant prize more than once, but there is a limit of one (1) registration form submission per person/email address for the duration of the Promotion Period. Additional registrations received from any person/email address, in excess of the stated limitation, will be void. After registering, select a virtual Godiva gift (using the Gift Finder) and send it to up to five (5) friends ("gift recipient(s)") using your Facebook account or email address and follow the directions provided. You may only send gifts to persons with whom you have an existing relationship and who are eligible to participate in this Game. NOTE: If you do not have a Facebook account you may sign-up for free at www.facebook.com, however, a Facebook account is not required to participate in this Game. Once your virtual Godiva gift has been sent, the gift recipient must click on the link provided to open the gift and determine if he/she, as well as you ("gift sender"), are potential instant prize winners (collectively referred to herein as "Game Play").
